Tiffany Lawrence, WV House
of Delegates, 58th District
"It's time for solutions! My
top priorities are to attract employers to Jefferson County by improving
infrastructure and promoting our talented and diverse work force.
We need to continue to expand tourism in the county by preserving
our unique historic and cultural heritage for future generations.
At the same time, we need to create agriculture viability programs
that provide farmers with economic incentives and opportunities to
continue active farming in our community." Lawrence has spent
her life in the Eastern Panhandle of WV preparing for a career in
civic involvement in her home community. She graduated from Shepherd
University with a double major in political science and business,
and she was first in her MBA class when she took a graduate degree
at Shenandoah University. She has served in the local Democratic
Party, including Jefferson County Executive Committee and various
offices in area and state political groups. Her candidacy is endorsed
by WV labor organizations AFL-CIO and United Mine Workers, WV and
