DELEGATE TIFFANY E. LAWRENCE
Delegate Tiffany E. Lawrence is a native of Jefferson County, WV and served our state as Miss West
Virginia in 2006 where she traveled as a motivational speaker creating awareness about mental health issues. She was awarded academic
and community service scholarships which helped her obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Political Science
from Shepherd University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Shenandoah University, where she graduated first in
her class. She aspires to become West Virginia's first female governor and currently serves in the WV House of Delegates where she
represents the 58th Delegate District of Jefferson County while serving on the Education, Health and Human Resources, Political Subdivisions,
Minority Issues, and Intern Committees. She is a former Jefferson County schools substitute teacher and is currently employed by Charles
Town Races & Slots as the Marketing and Public Relations Administrator.
Delegate Lawrence serves on many charitable boards and volunteers for a number of non- profit organizations including the National
Association for Self-Esteem, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Shenandoah Scholarship Organization, Jefferson County Fair Association, United
Way of the Eastern Panhandle, Shepherd University Alumni Board, Jefferson County PASS program, and Jefferson County 4-H. She and her
parents also enjoy owning and operating their family business, The Little Shop Antiques. Tiffany is engaged to Steve Morris of Charles
Town and will be married in the summer of 2010.
